Your Right to Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
Conditions for Returns

You may try on the product to check fit and comfort, but we can only accept returns if the product is in unused condition, free from odors, stains, or other signs of wear.

All original tags and packaging must be returned with the product. If the original bag is disposable and tears when opened, that’s fine – but please place the item in a sealed plastic bag before returning to avoid courier labels being stuck directly on it.

Defective or incorrect products: If your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one, we will handle the entire process at no cost to you. We’ll arrange collection and, if stock is available, send a replacement right away.

Hygiene exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for underwear items (such as groin guards, compression shorts, briefs, etc.) that have been tried on without underwear.
